This training immersion offers scope for creative exploration and self-discovery. Explore the foundations of intelligent sequencing, with emphasis on good alignment, and deepen your own personal yoga practice. You will gain in-depth hands-on experience and valuable insights into creating sequences that have a clear purpose, flow, and balance.

Who Is This For?

This 2-day Yoga Alliance accredited training is ideal for yoga teachers and teachers in training who want to deepen their sequencing skills and improve their ability to structure creative and safe classes. Although the training includes vinyasa flow sequences, the principles taught are applicable to any style of yoga.

It is also open to non-teachers who wish to deepen their personal practice and understanding of intelligent sequencing.

What you’ll cover

Content and Structure

A practical, guided structure designed to help you understand sequencing, teaching technique and confident class delivery.

Practice

Participate in a vinyasa flow practice each day, analysing the sequencing and purpose behind each movement.

Intelligent Sequencing

Deepen your understanding of how to structure a class that prepares the body safely and maintains smooth transitions.

The Krama System

Learn to sequence thoughtfully using a methodical approach that builds towards peak postures and balanced counter poses.

Surya Namaskars

Explore traditional sun salutations, including variations and modifications for different levels.

Verbal Cueing & Demonstrations

Strengthen your teaching techniques with clear verbal cues and demonstrations that guide students safely.

Adaptation for All Levels

Advanced Vinyasa Training & International Teaching Experience

Lead Teacher

Aoife O'Dalaigh

Irish born Aoife (EE-fa) moved to New York in the late 90’s, where she discovered yoga and soon became hooked. From New York to Los Angeles, Aoife experienced the burgeoning yoga scene.

Some of the teachers Aoife regularly practiced with were Eric Schiffman, Bryan Kest, Ashley Turner, Govind Das, and Jo Tastula.

Aoife received her 200-hour training with Yoga Works in Santa Monica and went on assist the first Yoga Works training in the UK in 2019. She completed her 300-hour training with her main vinyasa teacher Jason Crandell in 2021.

Aoife moved to Belfast in 2015 with her husband and her two fur babies, where she became a full-time yoga teacher.
