James Reeves
James is recognised as a world-leading authority on the theory and practice of Yoga Nidra meditation and is the author of the internationally published best seller about Yoga Nidra/Rest; The Book Of Rest (2019, Harper Collins).
He has over 20 years’ experience of Yoga Nidra and been teaching since 2005. He created his most recent organisation, Deep Rest, in 2022. The work of Deep Rest is founded on ancient traditions and backed by modern, research-based practices.
James travels the world, giving talks and facilitating training programs. Warm, invitational, and grounded in practical experience, he has a reputation for making his teachings relevant and accessible for modern-day living and shows how the healing benefits of taking time to slow down, stop, and rest can apply to us all.
